LAUNCESTON ART SOCIETY Annual General Meeting, Monday 15th February, Door of Hope, Glen Dhu Street, South Launceston, 11am.
Time once again for our AGM, don’t the years roll around quickly!
This year we need an indication of how many people will attend, so that we can follow all Covid safe procedures. If you intend to be there please let us know by emailing lasinternetters@gmail.com.
The purpose of the AGM is to present yearly reports, elect committee members and appoint an auditor. No other business will be conducted at the AGM, but if you have matters you would like to raise, they can be put forward for discussion at the Committee meeting following the AGM. A few pointers regarding essential details:
You must be a financial member to be able to vote. Darren will take payments prior to the commencement of the meeting if you require.
