INFORMATION FOR ARTISTS
  •  Please read LAS Conditions of Entry.
  •  Please remember, for this exhibition gallery sitting is required and your preferred date and time should be included on your entry form. If you are not able to gallery sit but wish to exhibit it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Consider asking a member of your painting group, a committee member, a friend who is an art lover or someone who usually exhibits and give their details. If this is a problem please phone Carlene or Lynne.
  • Delivery of Work- Tuesday, July 23 between 1 and 3pm. If this is not possible for you please contact Carlene or Lynne to arrange an alternative. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WORK AT THE CHURCH AT ANY OTHER TIME.
  • ONE or TWO works may be submitted. No size restriction but do consider the hanging team.
  • There is an Acquisitive Award of $1,000. If your work is priced above this amount it will not be included in judging for the award unless you indicate that you wish it to be included
  • Holy Trinity will once again sponsor the Religious Art Award of $500 
This award will only be given if, in the opinion of the selection panel, there is work of sufficient merit. In order to be considered for the award, the theme of the artwork should be a recognisable exploration of faith, spirituality, religion, hope, humanity, social justice, belief and/or non-belief within the broad context of Christian faith and the Bible.
  • Through the generosity of Anne and Steve Solomon Student Awards will again be awarded.  
The official opening will be held on Friday July 26 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm.
$25 per person, $10 for students and your RSVP would greatly assist the caterers.
The Religious Art Award will be presented during the church service on Sunday, 28th July. The service commences at 10:30 am.
The exhibition will be open to the public from Saturday, 27th July until Friday, 9th August from 10 am- 4 pm.  Sundays from 1-4 pm.
The exhibition will close on Friday, 9th August at 2pm.
NO WORK AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION UNTIL AFTER 3PM. Collection by 4:30 pm is desirable.
