Carlene Bullock was LAS President from 2011 until the end of 2015. She is also our Exhibition Co-ordinator.

​She started her artistic career as a potter, but discovered watercolour and has been working in the medium ever since.  She has her own distinctive style and has won numerous awards including the prestigious Watercolour Award at the Tasmanian Art Awards.  She won the LAS Triple A acquisitive prize in 2015 and also that year won the major acquisitive prize in Meandering.

Carlene has enjoyed studying under Rosemary Mastnak and has also attended the annual Max Angus Watercolour Workshops for the past 11 years.
