GWTAA - GREAT WESTERN TIERS ART AWARD 2018
The inaugural GWTAA was officially opened on Thursday, 1st March.

Highly Commended winner - Darren Meader, 'Movement and Decay on Quamby Bluff
Highly Commended winner - Lynne Hutchins, 'Moving Mountains of Hay'
Essence of the Valley winner - Brad Quinn, 'Tractor, Quamby Bluff'
Encouragement Award winner - Louise Skabo, 'Basil Steers Hut #1'
This year’s theme was ‘Moving Mountains" with the work illustrating the artists' interpretations of this theme.
This exhibition has now closed. We are sorry if you missed it, but you can still get out to Eskleigh at Perth and view The Esk Award until 27 May.
The Great Western Tiers Art Award is proudly provided through a partnership between Meander Valley Council and the Launceston Art Society.
